Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Angenique Howard, MHS
Angenique Howard attended Community College of Philadelphia's "dual admissions" program, transferring into The Lincoln University's Pre-Master's program and graduating in 2013 with her Master's in Human Services, with a focus on Administration. Angenique previously attended Albert Einstein's Emergency Medical Technician program and spent 3 years as an EMT (Supervisor), shortly after that she worked as a Paraprofessional, Event Coordinator, Parent-Student Liaison, Admission's Marking Manager and Acting Director for a nonprofit organization's Approved Private School, Residential Treatment Facility and Acute Partial Hospitalization program. In 2019, she went on to establish her nonprofit, Unique Dreams, Inc offering programs and services to youth and families. She continues to serve by participating in community activities and creating community initiatives.
Mrs. Howard was nominated for the Mayor's Community Service award, proud recipient of the following grants: 2021 Target Investment Grant (TCIG) *Cohort 3, TCIG *Cohort 4 and the Bread and Roses Grant. Mrs. Howard brings over 20 years of experience working in the field of Behavioral Health & Human Services and looks forward to doing her part in serving the residents in the city of Philadelphia.

Tracey Lomax, BS studied Communications at Community College of Philadelphia and Chestnut Hill University with a major in Human Services. As the Vice President, Tracey is second in command and is focused on driving the organization's mission.

BOARD VICE President
Monique Nesmith-Joyner is the Procurement Commissioner for the City of Philadelphia. In this role, she oversees the purchasing of goods, services, public works and concession agreements for all city departments. She is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans and policies that yield a fair and open bidding process resulting in the best value for the City.
Prior to joining the City of Philadelphia, Ms. Nesmith-Joyner’s experience includes 13 years in Education Administration for students with special needs. She oversaw operations including: school infrastructure, human resources, fiscal accountability, web-based solutions, contract and grant compliance, as well as stakeholder and government relations. Ms. Nesmith-Joyner attended Temple University’s Fox School of Business where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, she also has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She holds certifications in Human Resource Management, Meeting and Event Planning, Federal Grant Management and Compliance, and Diversity Awareness.

Board Treasurer
Annette Thornton studied at Temple University, earning a B.S. in Finance with a concentration on Real estate and worked as a licensed agent for over 10 years. She continued her education at The Lincoln University, graduation with her Master's of Science in Business Finance. She's a licensed Real estate agent & Assistant Broker. She currently holds a leadership position for The City of Philadelphia's Office of Property Assessments.

Board Advisor
Dr. Maureen Zdnais is a PA Licensed Psychologist, PA Certified School Psychologist, PA Certified Spanish Teacher (K-12) and currently holds the position as a Psychologist at Alexander Road Associates.
